The business, corporate and emerging company practice involves the representation of individuals and companies seeking to form new business entities or to acquire existing business entities. It also involves the analysis, planning and negotiations necessary to facilitate mergers, acquisitions and sales of business entities and the drafting of business agreements.

The litigation practice covers a wide range of civil trial practice including real estate, general business, corporate, commercial and intellectual property disputes. The Firm regularly represents both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation in federal and state courts and in alternate dispute resolution proceedings.
